Inner West Computer Repairs was founded by Mike Metcalfe in 2006. He has worked in the IT industry for over 27 years and has been trained on Microsoft, Apple, wireless networking and Cisco systems.
He spent the first 5 years of his career working on Apple Macintosh computers for a large telecommunication company and was trained as a Macintosh technician by Apple Australia, then he moved to a Windows NT environment while the Y2K problem started to be prominent. He studied to be an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and these studies continued for the next 3 – 4 years, he also completed the CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and Wireless Networking Certification. Since the year 2000 he has worked in medium to large corporations doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support, while also supporting home and small businesses.
All our technicians are highly experienced IT support professionals. We also pride ourselves in giving outstanding customer service both onsite in your home or your company offices.
We have assisted literally thousands of happy customers across Sydney’s CBD and Sydney’s Inner West.
